1. General Terms

  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase a product before it is available for regular sale.

  • Pre-order items are typically part of limited-edition collections or first releases, ensuring you get early access to our latest designs.

  • Pre-ordering supports our commitment to sustainability by allowing us to produce items based on actual demand, reducing waste and overproduction.

2. Order Placement

  • Pre-orders can be placed through our official website www.weekendluxe.com.au by selecting items marked "pre-order".

  • Ensure that your contact information and shipping address are accurate and up-to-date when placing your order.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to secure your item.

  • We accept all major credit cards, AfterPay, Klarna and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page.

  • Prices for pre-order items include applicable taxes but do not include shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. Please note these are estimated dates and are subject to change.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your pre-order item has shipped.

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement however a store credit will be issued which is valid for 12 months.

  • After order placement you may modify your order (e.g., change of size or color) by contacting customer service, subject to product availability.

  • If a pre-order item is significantly delayed beyond the estimated shipping date by 30 days or more, you will have the option to cancel for a full refund.

6. Returns

  • Our standard return policy applies to pre-order items which you can find here. You may return or exchange your pre-order item within 7 days of receipt for a store credit, provided the returned item meets our return criteria which includes but is not limited to items being unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

  • To initiate a return, please follow the instructions on our Returns page and contact our customer service team via the contact page.

7. Product Availability

  • Pre-order quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a pre-order item sells out, it may not be restocked.

  • In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., production issues), you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
